Machine Operators
Employees who operate machines can be injured in a variety of ways. Injures to the hands are common as are injuries that occur when the machine automatic cutoff mechanisms fail. Some machine operators are required to lift and pour raw materials into a machine, while others must remove the finished product and secure to a palette or pack in a box.
I sometimes find that machine operators are reluctant to report their on-the-job injuries and in this video I discuss why giving notice quickly is so important.
